Monthly Management Package

Keep your digital presence up to date, supported and working effectively with an MHD Digital Monthly Retainer. Each package provides a set number of dedicated hours every month for ongoing updates, maintenance, troubleshooting and improvements within the agreed scope.

A monthly retainer gives you reliable access to professional digital support without the need to commission separate work for every small task. It is ideal for businesses that need consistent assistance maintaining their website, ecommerce store, email marketing activity or wider online presence.

PLEASE NOTE: Structural changes, major redesigns, new functionality and larger development projects are not included in the Management Packages and Social Media Marketing & Paid Marketing Services are excluded.

All Management retainers are for a period of 12 months. If you want to cancel your management Package before the 12 months ends - there is a 3 month notice period.

Web Pack - Website maintenance and support

Includes up to 10 hours of support per month for:

• Basic website content and information updates.

• Minor layout or presentation adjustments.

• Routine maintenance and general website support.

• Troubleshooting of minor website issues.

• Updates to existing pages, links, images and website content.

• General guidance on maintaining an effective online presence.

This package is intended for ongoing website upkeep and minor updates. Structural changes, complete page redesigns, new features and major development work are excluded.

Ecommerce Pack - Ecommerce website maintenance and support

Includes up to 10 hours of support per month for:

• Product, pricing and inventory updates.

• Updates to existing ecommerce content and collections.

• Troubleshooting of minor store issues.

• Maintenance of existing store settings and functionality.

• Updates to product information, images, links and promotional content.

• General support for the day-to-day operation of your ecommerce website.

This package is focused on maintaining and supporting your existing ecommerce site. Structural changes, store redesigns, custom functionality, app development and major technical work are excluded.

Email Marketing Pack - Email marketing support and optimisation

Includes up to 10 hours of support per month for:

• Updates to existing email campaigns and templates.

• Troubleshooting email marketing issues.

• Auditing existing email activity and campaign performance.

• Reviewing email layouts, content and customer journeys.

• Updates to mailing lists, campaign details and existing automations.

Includes up to 20 hours of support per month for managing and maintaining your wider online presence.

How It Works

At the beginning of the agreement, your allocated hours are used on agreed tasks according to your priorities. MHD Digital will help identify the most important updates, maintenance requirements and improvements, ensuring your available time is directed towards the areas that provide the greatest value for your business. Your tasks can be amended on a month by month basis with the relevant notice given.

These packages follow the standard retainer model of providing a defined monthly allocation of professional support hours, while separating routine maintenance from larger structural or development projects.
